All correspondence regarding Tours/Travel Service bookings should be directed to M/s. amanholidays.co.in.

Payments: To confirm bookings, an advance payment is required, with the balance payable before departure from your country or upon arrival in India but before service commencement. Management reserves the right to determine the advance payment amount based on service nature and time to service commencement.

For Special Train Journeys, hotels, or resorts bookings during peak seasons (X-Mas, New Year), full advance payment is necessary.

Mode of Payment: Overseas advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of tour/travel services must be communicated in writing. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

• 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour/service cost
• 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour/service cost
• 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour/service cost
• 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund

Note: Written cancellations accepted on all working days except Sundays. Cancellations on Sundays will be processed the next working day (Monday).

For the X-mas and new year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan, payment is non-refundable.

Cancellation after trip commencement may result in limited refunds, depending on recoverable costs from hoteliers/contractors. No refunds for unused accommodation, transportation, or missed meals.

Wildlife Safaris cancellation: All wildlife safaris booked are non-refundable. Date change requests will be considered as cancellations, with no refunds/adjustments.

Our Liabilities & Limitations: After finalizing Tour/service Cost, any hike in entrance fees, taxes, or guide charges by the Government of India will be charged extra.

amanholidays.co.in acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors. All exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets are subject to terms & conditions of these service providers.

Itineraries provided are sample itineraries. Weather, road conditions, participants' physical ability, etc., may necessitate itinerary changes for safety and comfort.

Rates are based on negotiated rates with hotels, airlines, etc. Hotels and Airlines may modify rates without notice, and we reserve the right to adjust rates accordingly.

We are not responsible for delays, alterations, or expenses due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdowns, weather, sickness, political closures, or any incidents beyond our control.

We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property, etc., arising from acts of GOD, accidents, machinery breakdowns, wars, civil disturbances, etc.
